I bought this game for the wordsearch portion and it is the best use of the touchscreen that ive seen yet. it has plenty of puzzles for any age ( my 9 year old loves it) the letter recognition is perfect , if you know your ABC'S . I hope more games like this will come out because i have played this game itself more than my 360 xbox, if you own a ds you must try this game.

I bought this game for my girlfriend who loves doing crosswords but thought the NY Times crossword game would be a little too difficult. This game gets progressively harder as you make your way up to the bigger puzzles but not too hard-just makes you think. She absolutely loves the game! Not to mention the almost infinite puzzles there's also anagrams and wordfinds if you need a break from the crosswords. Highly recommend this game!!

this is a good game if you like the crossword puzzle books you can buy, very good if you work an office job that gets boring and need to pass time. it is quick to pick up and play and simple to learn. great, and electronic version of the puzzle books we have all had at one point and time.

This is a great game. The anagrams are especially addicting. The word searches and crosswords are fun but it is difficult to do the medium and larger word searches because they don't fit the window and you have to scroll sideways which gets tedius.

This game is exactly what it seems to be, a good crossword puzzle game, with a few added bonuses. First of all the there are four levels of crossword puzzles, easy up to ?expert?. You start off only being able to access easy and medium, which is a buzz kill if you are really advanced at crossword games, but luckily i wasn't so medium so far is offering a good challenge. Within each puzzle there are a certain amount of points that you can you for additional hints, show letter, or show the word, which is really nice when you have that last word you just can't figure out. Overall I would recommend this game to anyone looking for a bit of a mental stimulation during some down time. It also comes with a word search and anagrams, but those were really well though out and slightly difficult w/o any additional clues.

I got this as a X-Mas gift this year 12-25-08. I love doing the word searches,you go through them faster than using a pencil or a pen. When you get finished it's automatic cross them off and it's cheering you on to do more. You can get timed and check to see what was your best time. Anagrams you get 3-4 to 5-6 groups of letters and try to make a 3 -letter word. or 5- letter words You are still being timed. words like: CAT,BATTER,LOVE,EVEN.Depends on what the game picks for you I wish that it also had number searches like they have in the books on the newsstand or license plates to match up the numbers would make the game much harder.

I've read a lot of good reviews about this game. I was excited to own it, that is until i owned it. I like the hard/challenging puzzles. I dont look down on anyone who likes the easy ones but i dont want to waste my time on them. With this game you have to unlock the harder puzzles by completing an insane amount of easy ones. Not worth my time. Now i only play it for the anagrams or sometimes a wordsearch. I was very disappointed.

The more you play the more levels you unlock. I've sat for hours playing....

I'm NOT!..into crosswords myself...I'm more the word search type but, I find myself also playing the crosswords too! Awesome games!!..If you like or love crosswords you'll love this game.
