Easy to install and more then enough storage for most Gamers... unless buy all the new COD games, then you might need more but I've got 11 games installed and still have 286 gigs of storage.

I bought this for my father who recently got a laptop with a 512 m.2 drive. I wanted to give him greater flexibility in storage so I installed this for him. Very easy install and if this is your first time installing one YouTube has great visual videos. Micron makes m.2 drives so I highly recommend this product.

Bought this to replace an Optane drive in my Windows 11 desktop computer. It was easy to install. I used Macrium Reflect (Free Version) to clone my 2.5 inch SSD to this drive. After removing the old drive, I booted to this drive and it was really fast. My old SSD was giving about 550 MB/s Seq. reads and this one is giving about 3500 MB/s Seq. reads. I am very happy with this drive.

Great quality product, Crucial is owned by Micron which has been around for generations lol making pc boards and computer parts. So amazing quality for the price range, I would go so far to say these can keep up and do keep up with the top Samsung and Sabrent and SK Hynix!!

Performs fast, still working great a year later. Easy to install and came with a screw to install just in case your motherboard did not have one. If you're looking for a good M.2 SSD, look no further.

Quality drive for a great price. Saved me when a storm fried my windows install and I needed a clean drive to install windows on. My old drive was fine tho, so one format later and I've got another nvme. Honestly, this drive is just as good as the 980 pro that I already have.

Works as intended. I would say look at price at if they are close enough get the gen4 because it is faster. This being my 3rd drive, the speed wasn't as important. Great drive overall.

For a third gene chip it does what i need it to. It’s pretty quick to downloading games and other content. And it’s got a nice amount of storage.

Great SSD for the price. Purchased it for a raspberry pi 4 build. Easy to install and good read/write speeds. Would recommend.

I got this on sale, so that's where my review comes from, but if you need a 1TB and are constrained to PCI-E Gen. 3.0, get it. This is much faster than the truly budget options from other manufacturers. Even if you have Gen. 4.0, you may want this anyway, depending on the price difference. For 20% less, I say get this.

No issues with this SSD. I purchased it to upgrade the storage on one of my company laptops. I was able to clone to this then replace the internal ssd. System is faster and I have plenty of space now.

Excellent drive at an excellent price, with great reliability. After having 3 or so Samsung SSDs die on me, I switched over to Crucial....replacing many of my old Samsung SSDs. Zero issues, blazing fast, and at a great price. All my future drive purchases are Crucials.

I got this because I needed more storage to download and play cod/warzone…. And it was the best decision, it wasn’t too expensive just right. 1TB is more than enough. I love it.

Great value for this Gen 3 SSD. The speed and performance is all most people will ever need. there are faster drives out there yes, but once again to load an application including games this will do.
