This is a great movie for a rainy weekend to go with other Cult Classics like Weekend at Bernies or Flatliners or Rom//Coms like You've got Mail.

Good movie about jealousy and friendships and trickery

I would hope that unlike the other reviewer most people would look at the R rating and the reason for the R rating and know this movie is for adults, not for kids. It is a decent movie for the target audience. This movie addresses the duality of man, the struggle between doing what is right and doing what feels right (even if wrong), the struggle to fit into society's standards vs. wanting to be accepted by peers. There is a lot of deception, questionable behavior (and decisions) made by the characters in this movie, but it is necessary to the plot twists and development. Again, not for kids, but a good movie for the target audience.

I watched both Dangerous Liaisons and Cruel Intentions as a teenager and was highly entertained by both of them. As I've gotten older, this version didn't appear to age as well, but it is still an interesting and enjoyable romp which looks very crisp and clear on blu-ray.

I've loved this movie ever since I watched it in the theater when it first came out & was ecstatic to find it on blu ray! The picture looks awesome, even on my 60in tv that usually shows all the flaws in an older film that hasnt been remastered.

If you liked the movie then you will be a fan of the blu-ray. It has all of the special features from the DVD, however, they are presented in 480i as opposed to 1080p. The video and audio quality is decent.

Sarah Michelle Gellar, Reese Witherspoon, and Selma Blair are great in this movie. I can't wait to see Cruel Intentions 2

This is a great movie with a twist ending. It's one of my favorite movies.

HORRRRRIBLE NASTY MOVIE, IT didnt make any sense whatsoever. NOT for Children. I mean who would make such a bad movie?
