The Crunh super slimdown yoga pilates dvd is fantastic! The poses are simplistic and attainable to most people. Its a great medium pace and very clear instructions are given. My first time with any yoga and I really enjoyed the mix, great dvd for days when you want more of a medium workout. It is 40min. but, goes by really fast!
