I was excited ahead of receiving these and have since given up on being able to use them. There was a distortion in the lens that made my eyes hurt to even wear them to read anything on a computer screen.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

It will block black light! Youwill feel less fatigue! I have a big face and it fits nice!
