I was so excited to get my first air fryer. This is simple to use and I love all the different settings. Makes cooking a breeze.

This air fryer is bomb! I love the fact that it has the silicone tray, it has the light you can turn on to see your food. I've been usisng it non stop.

Very large capacity. We fry our plantain mainly with with. Sometimes chicken. It is wonderful to be able to fry plantain without the soaking of oil part.

Great when you're cutting back on fried foods. Cut some potatoes and placed in zip lock bag with paprika and garlic salt Air fried 30 mins and came out good

Considering my previous Ninja oven-styled air fryer started on fire due to some excess oil at the bottom, it was time for a new one. Not only are basket-style air fryers better, this one is large, quiet, fast, and great eye candy in the kitchen. The glass view with lighting is a bonus, personally very happy with my purchase.

Took me a little while to get the hang of this but absolutely love it. I'm old school and never thought I would like an air fryer. I won't go without one now.

this is by far the best air fryer due to the fact that the window exist to let you see the progress while you cook food. It is like a mini oven.

Works great so far. I cooked skin on chicken breasts and the skin was super crispy I loved it. I made pizza rolls too only took 10 mins and they were super crispy

Bought this to replace an old broken air fryer. Suprised by its features and performance. Window with internal light is great for checking on food without losing heat.

Great for the price and it’s very big to hold a lot a one time compare to the first one I had. I’m happy with this purchase. I recommend buying this air fryer.

Air Fryers are everywhere now - with many well known brands offering new features and improved designs that should make one of these units desirable for every home or apartment or dorm. This new entry from CRUX, sporting a hefty 8-qt. heating basket and a well-regulated internal temperature, should be a great addition to the list of availabilities. And, while it has all of the functionalities of a good air fryer, it has so many faults that I can not recommend it for purchase. Pros: large basket and accurate temperature control. Cons: (1) "Digital" - The time and temperature are displayed digitally. That's it. So "Digital" here is just a buzzword. There are colorful icons at the top of the unit that look like controls, but actual cooking selections are made using the crude scrolling controls on the horizontal bar below the brightly colored eye candy (see photo). So: this has a clunky and unintuitive system of settings but it has a digital display. (2) One of the selling points for this unit is the clear see-through basket window - you can actually see the progress of your cooking without pulling the basket out. This is supplemented by an internal light (picture two, below) which is, theoretically, toggled on or off by the leftmost button. My unit has a lamp which does not appear to be burned-out in any way, but I was unable to get it to turn on during any heating configuration. (3) Most people buying air fryers are probably new to owning an air fryer - and I would guess that most of those people expect some form of helpful introduction to the technology. The included "Instruction Manual" with this CRUX is barely a pamphlet and there is no supporting help online. There is a chart for Air Frying/Roasting that is wholly ridiculous and practically worthless (how are we supposed to be making donuts in this thing!!!). (4) A curious addition to this set is a "Silicone Baking Pan" - with no included information about how it might be used (or recipes). But somehow there is a "Cupcake" mode in the settings? (5) I know this is a crazy observation, but I think it shows how poorly this device was reviewed prior to shipping: there is a preset for cooking chicken wings in the unit and the colorful icon they chose for that feature is clearly a chicken leg. This is fully functional air fryer that is hampered by a terrible interface and by an embarrassing lack of supporting documentation.
