    My wife and I are diehard Clint Eastwood fans. When we saw previews of Cry Macho, the movie looked like it might be a bit too gloomy and remorseful for our taste, so we were both reluctant to see it. Of course, any movie starring and directed by Clint Eastwood, had to be a must see, regardless of our perception of previews. The movie starts with Eastwood as an old, grizzled, and bitter cowboy, who transforms during his efforts to return his ex-boss' son from Mexico. My wife and I both enjoyed the movie. Eastwood's talents as director ensured that the acting, period realism, detail, and character development was top notch. Though the story and plot were not fast paced, it still kept our interest throughout, and the ending was excellent.

    This movie is okay. I love Clint Eastwood movies but this one left you a little to wish for when it was over.
