Not sure what is going on here, but Crysis 1 Remastered will not load. It says it needs an update and then tries to access it and says it can't and to try again later. I am playing on a Series X. I am sure this can be patched or maybe the day one patch needs unglitched. There is a workaround, keep your disc in and head to the Store and search for it, you can then download a digital version patched (make sure yuo keep your disc in when playing). But the low score is because this should not be happening at all. I would not recommend picking up as this should be complete ON DISC and it's not. You're better off waiting for these to go on sale digitally, but even then the first game doesn't have the best reviews there either. 2 and 3 could access their day one patches just fine and booted up fine as well. But still, there shouldn't be problems booting up the first game or a workaround needed for a game that has been out for over a year now.

The first game hasn’t aged well but 2 and 3 are fun.

Crysis 2 in particular was a very very great game for me. I am actually one of those types with several games i start but never finish. I mostly play online with random people and have fun that way. Crysis 2 though; i finished! I believe it is one of the best games i ever played. I purchased the digital edition because i have 3 Xbox consoles and wanna play at all 3 locations. Trust me; BUY IT! I cant wait for a new Crysis designed for next gen!

Solid with several level specific glitches. The great nostalgia of "playing hide & seek in the park & murder people".
