The perfect size. 24oz of oil which cooks about 6 chicken tenders in about 7-10 minutes. Easy to clean and very lightweight.

This deep fryer is very nice looking and appears to be well make. However its way too day. The maximum capacity appears to be one liter. To scale it may hold 3 wing drummettes not full wings.
