Nothing sticks to these pans. Surface is like a slip and slide...no sticking of food while cooking or washing as with other surfaces. These are the best pans ever.

This is the first set of ceramic frying pans we have purchased, and we have mixed feelings about them. The non-stick coating is really great, almost too slick when we first started using them. There are two little complaints I found after using them: 1 - the pan itself is kind of thin, not as thick as I had hoped so cooking on it means moving things around to keep everything the same temperature - this is very easy on this surface, so that's why I see it as a little concern. 2 - the rivets that hold the handle onto the pan are not coated inside the pan which means the food sticks to them very well and you end up with a little mess at that part of the pan. Probably wouldn't even notice it on a normal pan, but the ceramic surface works so well that the stuck-on food on the rivets is pretty noticeable! Both of these things together is not enough to keep these pans from being used and I wouldn't have a problem buying more or recommending them to friends.

Wife uses this skillet set more than any of her other pans. Easy clean up and so far nothing she cooks sticks to the pan. Don't cook over the burners that are larger than the base of the pan.

They are lightweight, easy to cook with and easy to clean. I have the 5.5 qt sauté pan also, I use it for everything. I enjoy using these pans. Looking for other sizes as well as pots too.

These are absolutely great pans. They cook evenly, and best of all, clean up super easily. Nothing sticks including melted cheese. Love them.

After using these for several months now, they still look and work like new. Nothing is sticking to these pans, so nice. And very cost friendly compared to others.

These pans are very well made. Food does't even come close to sticking to them. Very easy to cook in and clean after use.

The pans are nice and are non stick. You still have to add a little oil to the pan. The only con is the size.

Not only did I surprise her, but I also made her very happy with these new skillets, she should be a tester for some company, she has the skill to cook good food, but also test the product, which in this case, has passed the test. Need more like these!

I was not sure when I bought it how good will be tell I used it It's really an excellent product you can use it with a very little oil or without But you still needs to use a wooden tolls for steering It perfect

Bought on deal of the day and was not disappointed! They are just the size I needed and absolutely nothing sticks to them. Would highly recommend.

We just came in to buy some movies and ended up leaving with the pans. So far there are great they don't stick and I used them for breakfast today. Not to greasy.
