I use this for baby bottles and not wine, but it's the only thing I could find that was large enough to fit the tall ones and I am very pleased with it. Throw in some ice packs and the bottles stay nice and cold for hours with no trouble - even colder than the fridge for the first hour or so from my experience thus far. As for the ice packs themselves, I got some simple igloo ones - just squares of water in a flexible plastic grid that can wrap around the bottles; I've left those in upwards of 5 hours and they were still half-frozen.
The cooler itself doesn't come with ice packs but if you plan on using the divider, be sure to get something flexible. A solid square one might fit at the top or bottom, but it's so much better to wrap your bottles in a wall of ice if you want to make the most of the design.
I would recommend this to a friend

This wine cooler is definitively keeps the wine chilled. And the zipper has a rubber type coating that will keep liquids (such as water from melted ice etc.) inside. The only problem I found with it is that it only holds 4 regular sized wine bottles. If you try to use it for the larger wine bottles, the bottle is too tall and the zipper will not close.
