The only useful part of this set that I really used is the Cork remover. It is fairly easy to use but I do not like that removing the cork from the bottle is not one flush movement. I usually have a little under 1/3 of the cork in the bottle after using it and I have to wiggle to get the cork out. I do like the removing the cork from the actual cork opened is very easy you just grip the device while the handle is in the down position and lift it up and out it comes.

I really liked this wine opener initially but unfortunately it broke within 6 months. It was not very durable.

purchased in fall,The grip is not smooth but seems to be old and deteriating, Store could not exchange for another, not in stock. Cuisnart was happy to send another to replace, but they have none in stock and nothing coming soon, I guess. Would like a refund at this point, I guess, since it may be that item is no longer sold?

This item is not carried in the store and had to be ordered twice. Both times it arrived with the factory seal broken. The outer layer of the handle is a sticky/ wax-like material that adheres to your skin or any of the other contents inside the box. I purchased the same item at Old World Market several years ago, and it degraded over time to the same texture as the new ones. Best Buy should go back to the vendor to have this problem fixed or just remove them from their product offerings. This is my first negative review for any seller. Yes, this item is that bad. I gave it 1 star because the review/app required a star, otherwise I would have given it no star.

This set is easy to use and makes wine opening a breeze. Very little effort needed - simply push down and pull up.
