Disappointed in uneven toasting
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had the toaster for several weeks, and have yet to receive an evenly toasted slice. I saw a video that recommended using the Bagel setting, even for bread. I expected Bagel to toast on one side, as other toasters do ... it just toasts more slowly, but on both sides. The video is right - to even get close to an evenly toasted slice, use the bagel setting. But even that toasts more on the top of the slice than the bottom. Without it, one side of the bread toasts more than the other (counter intuitive!). So, I am back in the hunt for a good toaster, and the office will inherit this one.
