Great kitchen utensil set, each of the pieces is of high quality making it a breeze to get through food preparation and cooking tasks. The spatula and slotted spoon are very stiff, something which has its pros and cons, sometimes you want flexibility in the spatula, I think they're made of nylon. The wooden spoon is thick and strong, more so than the typical wooden spoon. The tongs are a good length, I'm going to guess about 12 inches, a bit longer than what I already had, probably 9 or 10 inches, so it's a bit safer to use and cuts down on the chance of getting burned. I used it for turning bacon. I haven't used the can opener or vegetable peeler yet, but I'm sure they will do a fine job when I do.

These items work well and feel good in your hand. They feel well made too. Easy to clean. I wouldn't put the wooden spoon in a dishwasher. If you catch them on sale or deal of the day Get Em!!

I bought this kit as a Christmas gift and my wife loved the kit so much we ended up buying several more kits before Christmas was over for other gifts (and so she could have a kit as well). The pieces included seem to be of very nice quality and it is packaged very handsomely for a gift. We have one on hand for an unexpected bridal shower, etc. gift as well. The nice thing is unless you're buying for Martha Stewart or something like that, they can always use another set of tongs, etc., so a gift like this is always appreciated. Watch when Best Buy puts these on the Deal of the Day - that's when we bought, they are an unbeatable deal at that price. Strongly recommended!

I bought these kitchen toolsfor my son and daughter in law for their new apartment. Nice set to get them started in the kitchen. Has all the basics that you would need.

I am always looking for utensils so I like to have many. I also like that they are so thin and durable. The can opener and peeler have thick rubber handles and are very comfortable.

These were a great buy. I didn't realize how much and useful these were till I got them. I great deal on deal of the day. It has everything you need.

All the utensils are well made. The peeler is real sharp and takes a thin cut off your veggie unlike some others that take a big thick slice.

Very nice starter set. Not flimsy or cheap feeling. Handles are more ergonomic and comfortable to use. Cuisinart is a solid reliable brand.

As always the quality of these items were exceptional. I have used Cuisinart tools and gadgets for years and I couldn't pass up this offer especially with the price I paid. The set is well work it even if you pay thirty dollars for it since you would pay on average six to ten dollars a piece for each item. The tongs alone usually cost around eight to ten or more.
