My wife said she wanted a cold brew coffee maker for our anniversary, so after some research I found this one that only takes 45 min to brew (max brew time). Any other pot takes 12hrs -24 hrs min brew time, so unless you stay a day ahead of your coffee intake, this was a convenient option. Easy clean up, and says dishwasher safe, but I have not put it in the dishwasher yet - but I am also particular about cleaning my coffee makers (hot or cold). If there were an additional gift offered with this, like an air tight container to store coffee in the fridge if the whole pot was not used, I would give this item a 6 star rating.

If you are not into bitter coffee, then this machine is for you. It works by periodically spinning the coffee basket for 30 minutes (or more depending on the setting) and also spinning the basket at the end after draining to get the remaining liquid out. Although not super quite (when it is spinning) the sound is not bothersome. Fairly easy to rinse out after use -- I run a short cycle with just water to keep it clean. If you like it hot, a microwave works fine. I recommend using more scoops than they recommend or it might taste a bit dilute.

I bought this product on sale thinking I would try it and return it because it would not meet my expectations. But after using it for a while now, I really like the product, and the coffee it makes. The product is pretty simple, and while mostly plastic, it seems like it will hold up just fine if you take care of it. Cleaning it is not too bad either. So far the grounds are very wet after making coffee, so I've been taking the basket outside and rinsing and dumping it. I think the biggest thing to keep it working properly is cleaning the basket very good. I rinse it with warm water while I scrub the inside with my fingers mostly, trying to get as much of the coffee residue and oil out of the plastic parts and metal screen. Then I soak the reservoir and basket in warm soapy water for at least 20 minutes, then rinse and reassemble. The coffee itself is really enjoyable. I prefer the bold option, while filling both the coffee basket and water reservoir to the max recommended levels. I love cold brew coffee, and love that this makes it very well without the bitter taste. I've only tried Folgers Black Silk coffee, but look forward to trying different coffee in the future. I really recommend this to anyone who likes cold brew coffee, and to anyone who likes iced coffee in general.

Saw that cold brew can take nearly a full 24 hours to complete. With this machine, it automatically mixes fresh water with ground up coffee beans to accelerate the cold brewing process to under half an hour for even a strong brew. Tried typical cold brew technique of 24hr versus this and would say that it's comparable. Has multiple filters and always had a smooth coffee with no gritty parts. Everything dishwasher safe so easy cleanup by just taking part the associated parts and leaving them on the top rack.

I'm pretty happy with the cold-brew that's produced by this machine. Is it connoisseur quality? No. But it does a decent job and, does it quickly. For a medium brew, it takes about 35 minutes. Not bad. The machine does make some noise as it rotates the basket with the coffee grounds, but I don't find it irritating. Others may. This machine will definitely be getting a lot of use in my household.

bought this on a whim and it has turned out to be 10 better than I had hoped. Cusinart in general makes exemplary products and this is true to form. it is easy to operate and makes the best darn cold brew coffee ever. I can't say enough good about this machine. I am waiting for my pals at Best Buy to make it the deal of the day again so I can buy a second one. highly recommend this product.

Overall great build quality and easy to set-up and make the coffee. The cold brew coffee is ready in a fraction of the time as regular cold brew coffee makers. Highly recommended.

Good choice. It is easy to use and easy to clean. You have three levels of coffee strength and the entire process takes about 30 minutes. Other makers take up to 24 hours. My only complaint is I wish it made more than seven cups at a time. Buy this.

If you like cold coffee like my wife, you will not be sispoointed with this brewer. My wife loves it, easy to use and the taste was excellent.

Not sure how well this would make a nice cold brew however after the first brew, I was hooked. Delicious cold and sooo easy to make. Just Wish it didn't take a half hour to make a pot!!!

Very easy to use and makes a cold brew in a lot less time. No need to make it the night before. We bought it as a gift and they are very happy with the amount of time it saves.

Once you try cold brew coffee, there is no going back! I have 4 different Cold Brew coffee makers and this one is by far the best. Automatically spins the loose coffee in the filter basket through the cold water, which greatly speeds up the brewing process in a fraction of the time it usually takes.

I purchased this coffee maker because it was the deal of the day. After the impulse buy, I researched it and found that it was very well recommended. I think it makes the best cold brew coffee I have had. Not bitter and more chocolate tasting. I highly recommend!

I didn't know how I'd feel about a cold brew that wasn't brewed overnight but this thing works! Of course, the fresher the coffee the better the brew but I really like how my coffee comes out. 30-40 minutes and I have enough for two days.

I was lucky enough to have purchased this item during the Deal of the Day. It works great, your able to choose your preferred strength. Medium is just like purchasing a cold brew from my local coffee chain. Great product.

When you get tried of waiting for cold brew overnight, this is the best option. Works well, easy to clean, and taste good with the right coffee.
