I bought this cookware set for my mom she loves it

I needed new cookware for the holidays and didn't want to spend a lot of money... Great choice

2 years into using these on a glass top cooking surface, using only plastic or wood spatulas, olive oil and normal heat settings, (not deep frying or high heat grease) the non stick material flaked off on 3 different pans. Placed warranty claim, and over a month later they denied it, claiming the pans were scorched. Of course the raw aluminum bottom is going to discolor from use... I don't know of anyone with raw aluminum cookware that the bottoms are not somewhat discolored from use.... When you buy these and inevitably have to make a warranty claim, make absolutely sure they have been cleaned with oven cleaner to they look like new, otherwise they will deny it.... Ridiculous that companies do not stand behind their products these days..... spend a bit more $$ on Calphalon (which I have used WOK for 5+ years and never had single issue with) and not have to worry about poor quality goods or dodging warranty claims...
