Love my new knife set ...great buy would recommend

I bought these knives from the buy of the day and love them. I really needed a new set. These are very sharp so be careful.

This set of knives are very sharp and work well. The butcher block keeps them all together and it is pretty compact, not taking up too much room on my counter.

Picked up this set as a deal of the day and glad I did. The blades are razor sharp and well made with 3 rivet handles. Other retailers wanted twice the price.

This is a great (forged - sort of) knife set and razor sharp out of the box. I say "forged sort-of" because the working knives are true forged, however the steak knives are not - thus my 4 of 5 rating. It is a small set, so you will only get 4 working knives, a generic set of shears (plastic - the exact same set as many other brands), and 8 steak knives. Overall, I am pleased with the set including the feel and sharpness. Pros - Sharp, Good Feel in hand, Compact footprint on counter top, Meets the need of most cooks in a home kitchen setting, Brand Quality, Price! Cons - Steak knives are not forged, limited number of working knives, plastic handles on scissors, No sharpening tool.

This is a good started knife set. They got dull kinda fast but for the price they are good for light use.
