This bread maker was purchased for my 70 year old mother. It was easy for her to use and it comes w a recipe book. My mom is a new baking machine.

I love the bread machine, now I can set it up to bake at night while I'm asleep. The book that came with it has lots of great recipes as well. So glad I purchased it.

It is awesome to have thing thing. It works well and it's easy to use. I am now making better tasting bread for less than buying it at the store.

I made my first loaf, not removing paddle after rising, which is optional. When the bread was ready and after removing the paddle, there was an area all around the paddle insertion that had stained the bread a greenish gray. We ate the ends but the next day my husband ate some more and got sick. He tasted oil (like motor oil) all day and was sick to his stomach. Cuisinart is replacing it but they are out. It is a discontinued item. I can only rate it no star. The bread was dangerous to consume. If that happens to anyone, don't eat the bread.

Really enjoy fresh bread. May never go back to store bought bread. ;)
