Just bought a Cuisinart Burr and Grind coffee maker.it grinds coffee and brews all in one fell swoop. I took me for a few tries to figure it out as I like mild coffee. Once I did, I love waking up to the awesome smell. It’s programmable and what an extra bonus. You can select how strong you like your coffee and how many cups you’d like. Next thing to having your own barista!! The price is so reasonable. Get one and you’ll love this awesome machine.

My 3rd grind and brew. Only problem I’ve had is the electronics fail. First unit lasted 4 years. Last unit lasted 16months. Hope this one lasts longer. Great coffee maker nonetheless.

We recently saw the demise of our old fancy espresso and coffee maker that ground fresh beans. Our new maker tastes great, simple to use and we made a good decision

This is a replacement for our old Cuisinart that we had for many years. Live the built in burr grinder. It was easy to set up and use. Just had a little glitch after a month. It has a sensor that tells you to clean the coffee maker and I ignored it for a little bit. Well it would only make a few cups and then stop. I would play around with it and then I could get it to brew the rest. I was going to bring it back and I decided to do the clean cycle. It’s been working ever since. So I’m happy again and I didn’t have to return it.

For those who like the freshness of whole bean coffee, this is an easy-to-use solution. Once you read the instructions, it's very straight-forward.

Ordered online and received it a couple days later, which was way ahead of schedule! This makes is my 3rd Cuisine burr grind & brew coffee maker in the last 15 years. This new model has a few improvements over past ones and it works like a beast, requires simple maintenance and makes seriously good coffee

Really fresh coffee making machine. I've found that a lighter roast from higher altitudes work best. I've found that I'm grinding the coffee two cups below the level of water. So 10 cups of water, I select a grind designed for 8 cups *and* set the strength down to the lowest setting. I'm going on week three and the assembly and parts seem solid and likely to survive many posts of coffee.

I buy my coffee at the local Sams Club in bulk which comes in whole beans (cheaper that way). I used to grind it in store but after buying this coffee maker i can just buy a bulk bag of coffee beans. I set the timer and have a awesome cup of coffee waiting for me when i awake. The grinder is loud. Like all coffee bean grinders are. This is my only "complaint". Highly recommend

We have been making coffee ever morning since purchasing the coffee maker. We love freshly ground coffee and have never had a problem with the grinder. It grinds the amount for ten cups each morning.

I am happy I purchased this coffee maker. The brew is great. It is fresh and grinds the beans correctly so it never tastes to strong or too weak. With my old grinder I was never sure about how much coffee to use and I was frequently disappointed with the flavor compared to the smell of the fresh beans. Not any more. Love this coffee maker. I set the auto brew so that every morning my fresh cup of coffee is waiting for me.

I owed the prior model so I have a lot of perspective. This new one comes with a lot of upgrades and innovations from the predecessor. The grinder is a central hopper rather than a gear-driven, side delivery system. There is little or no risk of coffee grounds getting past the filter now. The grinder is quieter and more efficient. All around a great coffee maker with many improvements.

Received my coffee maker yesterday, used it this morning Ground the beans and made coffee OK. But you can't pour out of the pot without it dripping all over the place. Call cuisinart about this problem they said there was no recall so to take it back to the store.

Little noisy, but otherwise works well. Sometimes pot doesn’t seat right

No complaints from this model. I previously had the version with a stainless steel pot that had a terrible design flaw. Stainless steel pot leaked with pouring. The glass pot does not have this issue. Grinder can be a little loud.

Great product. I like just hitting a button for fresh ground coffee.

I bought this machine after doing lots of research. I've had Grind and Brews in the past and have used products from Cuisinart before. The previous incarnation of these machines were lackluster compared to the current line. I'm actually quite pleased with my purchase. If your looking for a reasonably priced machine, I'd definitely recommend giving this one a look.

The first one we purchased was defective and did not make coffee the first time used. It just beeped. Second unit is working fine. We brew a 12 cup pot each day, we dial the grind down to 8 and set strength and makes a good cup of coffee. You need to adjust the grind and strength to your liking. We feel the recommendations uses more beans than needed.
