I've been using them a couple months now and still have trouble not having food stick to the bottom. Soaking them is about the only way to clean them afterwards. They will not come clean in the dishwasher. I'm sure I will get to know them better over the years and will have an easier time.

New to stainless steel

It may be me who does not know how to use stainless steel but i am having a hard time cooking as easily as I had with other type pots. Hoping to learn how to use them better, i cant say the quality is bad.
