Stainless Steel and Non-Stick inside. The stainless is thick and durable, not like others pans that are thin and warp under heat. The non-stick is the standard non-stick surface and works very well. The pans are a standard size so lids fit them, or you can buy the accessory lids for them. Anyone from a Chef to a novice cook can use these pans and not worry about sticking food. They distribute and hold heat very well. They can be used for low or high heat cooking without damaging them. The handles are safe and do not get hot from transmitted heat from cooking. The handles will get hot, if the heat from the burners is directly on them, so always use caution, and use hot pads. Overall these pans are excellent.

These pans are awesome. They stay non-stick and are very low maintenance. We are going to buy more. These are a huge improvement from my non-stick Tfal skillets.

I wanted the durability and beauty of Stainless Steel along with a no stick coating for ease of cooking. With these pans you get both. No problem at all with the food sticking and cleanup was a breeze. The weight and construction of the pans is a very good quality and should last for years.

I have a smaller Cuisinart that I have had for years and it is still great. I had previously bought the larger one and really liked it. I wanted more of this cookware. These are really great also. Good sizes for lots of different cooking. The Best Buy Deal of the Day price was good also.

I love that the pans are heavy and you can put them in the oven. What I do not like is that when I used my metal utensils on them they showed a lot of scuff marks and now I am afraid the coating will come off, and I only used the metal utensils two times on the pans.

Nice set of cookwear for the price (I was very fortunate to get it on sale). Cooks evenly, cleanup is a snap.

I tried the larger one as soon as it arrived. It is a nice size for a large family and performed great. I am looking forward to using both of my new skillets.

I do love non stick pans. I don't cook very often, and I clean less, so these pans are great for bachelors, or people who aren't great in the kitchen. They would also be a great gift for some of my more kitchen friendly chef-like friends.

These pans heat evenly and quickly. The nonstick surface allows me to prepare foods without additional oils or butter. I would buy a set of these!
