Its size comes in pretty handy for cooking my salmon and sautéing my meats. The best part is that it is a non-stick pan that cleans up easily.

Have the whole set. friends came over and ruined mine by washing with medial scrubber so of course had to buy another one of the exact ones we lost. I am a home cook who values her pans and need the best. would not switch treat right they last you forever.
