It has a solid, hefty weight, hasn't started flaking off teflon and holds a massive amount of food. This has been a solid purchase, my only quibble is that the metal handle gets hot along with the pan, so about fifteen, twenty minutes into stovetop cooking it's too hot to grab without an oven mitt.

When I put the pan on the stove, the bottom warps and it no longer sits flush on the stove. Makes it dangerous to operate and reduces heat transfer. It's made cheaply from really thin material. I requested an exchange and at first they gave me the run-around. When I finally got it exchanged, the next one warps as well. avoid at all cost.

I had bought the 3.5 quart pan first. I like using it to cook salmon, but found that it would be better to use a bigger size. So I got the additional 5.5 quart. Both pans work great and I love that the non-stick function makes cleaning an easy task!

Love Cuisinart cookware. Nothing compares to it. This is a deep pan and love it can of from stove top to oven.

Not flimsy but light enough to handle comfortably. Sides high enough to contain oil. I like it so much I'll probably buy another one.

Saute Pan is very spacious and easy to work with utilizing the two handles.

Awesome cookware.....non stick surface actually browns meats and veggies.

I use this pan pretty much every day. Great affordable and good quality.
