I was looking for a white coffee maker. Best Buy came through for me! I love this coffee maker, it makes some of the best tasting coffee I've ever had!

Our older Cuisinart finally gave up. This new one makes a much better tasting than the prior one. I think due to the "rain head" effect over the coffee grounds. Not a fan of the blue backlit clock. It's bight, but you have to be 2 feet away to read it. The beeping when brewing is done is VERY loud. But hey, I'm enjoying the better tasting coffee! Other features are as expected. Auto off timer is nice.

This coffee tastes alright but the system leaks out the back. It’s a decent machine but it definitely has its quirks. It also looks really nice.

For a lesser expensive coffee maker this Cuisinart is fantastic and looks great in white for a clean counter top look. Love it

The previous coffee maker was a 1/4 inch shorter and fit better under our counter. Had to return based on height.

Our last coffee maker Quisinart lasted over 10 years and made a great cup of coffee .We will stick with a winner

This coffeemaker replaces a similar Cuisinart 12-cup model that lasted 11 years. Pros: improved warming plate; brew pause; cleaning cycle. Cons: the coffee filter holder doesn't easily slide into its designated place.

does not heat coffee enough. always have to put my coffee in the microwave to improve the temperature.

My experience was awesome. I enjoyed shopping at Best Buy.

I like this coffeemaker! The features I like is being able to set the keep warm for 4 hours before the pot turns off, also the glass pot is dripless when pouring a cup!

I always buy cuisinart cofeemakers, but this one is the worst There is a horrible bright blue light that you cannot dim, so I must always unplug it. Previous models were soft lcd screens. The finish sound beep is horrible, and sometimes, no matter how far you push down filter and plastic filter holde, the coffee does not complete the cycle, and the filter is full off underwater grounds. I would recommend another model

This is a perfect example of a brand name not recognizing an inferior product, and demanding a higher price based on fame alone. The plastic is cheap and chintzy; the knob and buttons all have a degree of play in them. The hollow pot handle is empty on the bottom (no idea why), so it fills with water when you run it through the dishwasher. Most importantly, after owning mine for only a few years (black version), it suddenly decided to START BREWING ALL BY ITSELF!! It had no water or coffee in it, and I had not set the timer to start brewing (nor have I ever). Yet out of the blue, the five annoyingly loud beeps rang from out of nowhere a few afternoons ago. The burner had turned itself on, and was scorching hot! **Thank GOD** we were home at the time... this could have turned into something much worse, and I'm not sure how much cash Cuisinart has in the bank to handle a lawsuit. I unplugged it, plugged it back in, and it was still stuck in "brew" mode. Now it simply won't turn off. Long story short, avoid this product at all costs. I just bought a Mr. Coffee for $27 that's working just fine. In A Bronx Tale, Sonny tells C, about the kid that owes him $20, "Don't worry about it. Think of it this way - he's out of your life forever, for $20." Well, Cuisinart is now out of my life, forever, for $80. It's definitely one brand name I'll be avoiding until I no longer see it on shelves anymore.

As expected this coffee maker produces excellent coffee and is easy to use.
