The knives themselves seem solid quality so far, overall happy with the purchase. The holding block is cheaply made, the cookbook holder / shelf came broken. Avoiding return / exchange process as I needed these knives now, resecured the holder and it seems like it should do the job.

Very good quality. Very good price. All the knives you’ll ever need. Very handsome block. Knives are weighted nicely and very sharp! Steak knives are serrated and sturdy. I got these as a gift for someone and they are as nice as my Wustoff set costing hundreds more.

Found this knife set for half price on a Deal of the Day. The storage block is not too big and bulky so it doesn't take up to too much counter space. The swivel base is nice as well. Good basic assortment of knives that feel like the are made well, look good, are sharp and cut nicely. Overall, very happy with the purchase so far.

These knives are very stylish..easy and comfortable to handle and I especially like the rotating base. I hand wash them in order to keep their new look and sharpness. I'm not sure if they can be or should be put in a dishwasher.

I purchased this set after I bought another small set of the Cuisinart knives. Both are awesome. This block allows me to turn it around and use the back to hold my cookbook open or display my tablet while cooking. The knives have a nice grip and sharp edges.

This is a great knife set for people who are getting their first apt or home and need a set and don’t want to pay the 300 plus mark. These were deals on the day, I spent only 80 dollars on the price. These are originally worth 300 before the savings. You can’t beat Best Buy’s deal of the day.

We bought these on a half off sale and I couldn't be happier about it! The knives are heavy, seem to keep a sharp edge (only had a few weeks now) and the handles are very nice! To top it all off the swivel block with the book holder is icing on the cake!

This is a really good starter set, it has all the knives you use the most and they are of good quality. They hold an edge well and stay sharp for a long time. Comfortable to use. No matter which manufacturer you buy from make sure you are getting knives with the full-tang blade (meaning the blade goes the full length of the handle).

Good solid knives and wife loves the cookbook stand and that it spins.
