    If you’re cutting an apple here and there they’ll be sharp temporarily. But somehow mine started to breakdown when only used on produce. Just haven’t contacted to get assistance.

    I've always liked Cuisinart and couldn't pass this up on sale. Stainless steel handles can be a little slippery, now, so you will need to be careful with these when your hands are wet from raw meat.

    Knifes are very good with fine quality. Im enjoying 2 medium size knifes every day. Large one is best for meat.
