Work perfectly and looks great on my countertop. Solidly built. Makes great coffee. Love the hot water side for tea. Can't recommend this enough.

Very easy to use. We program it at night and wake up the following morning to the delicious smell of coffee. The hot water dispenser is perfect for making tea!

I like the hot water system and use it to make tea all the time. I bought this because I felt it was time to replace my 15 year old coffeemaker - which was also a Cuisinart. I have to say the the quality of the coffee was equal to what I was getting with my old cuisinart, so, maybe my old one was still just fine or maybe I need to start grinding my own coffee beans for a bit stronger/better taste. Having said that, it is nice to be able to program the coffeemaker for work mornings and set it up the night before. I also like having the boiling water to make tea ready easier than getting out the old tea kettle!

After a few months, we are in love with this appliance. We had the cuisinart coffee maker for well over a decade, and it was awesome. Having that is great, but the hot waterside is fantastic. We use it for tea, Hot Chocolate, and even Cup of Soups for the kids!. We love the functionality, and the fact we do not need a tea kettle anymore. It is wonderfully simple to the point where we have some older generations who have fallen in love with the hot tea water side in particular and plan on buying it. There are definitely cheaper options, but this is the best value if it holds up for thew 12-15 years our last cuisinart did.

It was my first time purchasing a coffee maker from Cuisinart and I'm very content on the way it works. Really convenient that there is a hot water dispenser attached to the coffee maker. Coffee comes out very nice and hot!

This was a purchase for our office, where we have mostly coffee drinkers and a few tea drinkers. We needed a combined unit to brew coffee and serve hot water that didn't take up a lot of space. This unit works well, and we'll be interested to validate its lasting power since we definitely put it to heavy use.

This is a very easy coffee brewer to operate and brews smooth tasting coffee. It's only flaw is the small opening in the rear in which the water goes to fill brewer. You have to have a steady hand and good aim! Other wise good product.

A very convenient unit which brews efficiently and, unlike some coffee makers, keeps the coffee hot enough. The available hot water feature cuts down on counter top crowding and delivers hot water at a touch. A good product at a fair price

We were looking for a new coffee maker and we found this one and loved the fact that it had the hot water dispenser on the side. I did a lot of research and this one had very good reviews and was in the price range we were looking for. Same item at other retail stores was $20 more...ON SALE! We've been using this coffee maker for about a week now and I love it. I use the highest temperature setting and my coffee is nice and hot. The Auto On feature works great (once you set it for AM instead of PM...LOL). The only things I don't like are the cone style filters (not a big deal though, just used to using the basket style) and the hole to pour the water into is a little small. Overall, I love this coffee maker so far. We haven't used the hot water dispenser much yet, but I love the fact that it's tall enough to fit a travel mug under it and it has a drain plug so I can easily get rid of "old" water sitting in it.

I purchase Cuisinart products because they have lasted a long time for me. My last Cuisiart coffeemaker lasted 11years so I purchased this model in December 2018. The hot water maker is very useful in my household. Easy to make a cup of tea or hot chocolate. I do wish the reservoir was a bit bigger though. I found out that you should turn the hot water maker off after dispensing the amount of water you need. When I have left it on because I anticipate a second cup of tea or whatever in 15 or 20 minutes, the water boils and steams quite a bit and this steam gets in to the small digital read out window. This clouding of steam in that little window does not clear out for 2 or 3 days so makes programming of the coffee maker difficult if not impossible. So when you are finished with dispensing your cup of hot water turn it off. The coffee maker makes a great cup of coffee. However, pay attention to the type of grind of the coffee you use. When I use a finer grind I need to use a paper filter inserted into the gold filter. However when I do this the water going in to the coffee container percolates slowly so that too much water accumulates and the coffee grounds float up and can get into the coffee pot so I only make half a pot at a time. It’s just best to refrain from a fine grind of coffee. Go coarser. I am satisfied with this purchase and would buy this unit again.

This is the perfect coffee maker & hot water combination. If you just want coffee-you got it. If you just want hot water for your tea or hot chocolate you got it! If you want all three at the same time-you got it. Thinking of purchasing another for a different location.

We bought this one after our Keurig just stopped working. My wife wanted this because of the hot water dispenser. Which she uses all the time. The only down side of it is that it seems to take the hot water a while to heat up. But it is scalding hot when it does.

I bought the same coffee maker for my husband and my dad for fathers day and both have told me on multiple occasions that this is the BEST present that they had received in a long time. Great Buy!

I got this after a cheap model Mr Coffee broke after a year. This one was on sale for about 30% off. I didn't need the hot water part but it's a nice feature. It makes real good coffee. I like the cone shaped filters. I think they work better than the round ones in Mr Coffee. The temperature control is a nice feature. I tested the hot water feature and it works fine. I like how it looks. No complaints. I just hope it lasts for a couple of years.

My wife and I bought it first time with hot water dispenser so my wife don't have to heat boiling water from stove. It does not take long to heat up the hot water for tea & hot chocolate. It is Stylish and awesome.
