This item is really useful. Saves me lots of time and I am able to quickly prepare my family a variety of different items with it. I would definitely recommend.

Great product, surprised me with how fast it cooked burgers

I use this almost daily and for almost every meal. I use it for bacon in the mornings, chicken for lunch and dinner, and for veggies for snacks. It is machine washable, very easy to clean, and has NOT rusted. Totally worth the money.

The appliance heats up quickly and provides consistent and even cooking. The plates are very easy to remove and clean. The size is perfect to cook two paninis at once! I love having the option of a smooth or ribbed plate.

Wish I had room for ten of these griddles. Easy to clean. Heats up quick and the griddles distribute heat evenly. Price is reasonable and the quality is second to none. Has become my main appliance for cooking.

Works great and easy to clean so far. I have only used the grill so far, and the food cooks fast and very good.

I love it! It has so many more features than my old George Foreman grill, that i haven't really had much time to use it for all it can do. I really love the low smoke feature, it sets the temperature and timer that cooks to perfection, and you dont have to stand over it checking your food. Its a great time saver, and mo smoke.

This toaster oven is our daily helper. We use it 3 to 4 times a day. Good for indoor grilling, paninis, veggies, medium to large breakfast, scrambling eggs, frying eggs, you name it. Got my money’s worth and then some. When it breaks will buy again

I love Cuisinart as a brand and usually buy this brand. 4/6 of my kitchen appliances are from this brand and I LOVE them, but this product to me is a flop. This is a good product for just grilling sandwiches, steaks, burgers, ect. I don't recommend as a griddle. For me this was over priced if you already have a real grille and you are only able to use this for sandwiches because the griddle is a fail in my opinion. Pros: - Appears to be good quality/well made. I would assume this would last a long time. - Sleek design, looks nice in my kitchen. - Grill/Grille plates are easy to flip back and forth, and take in and out. Over all it has a nice design for both aesthetic and maneuvering. Cons: - As another review stated, when griddle is laid open and flat, it is not level. I tried to cook eggs and they ran right off the griddle down the "grease hole" and I couldn't do anything to stop it. This creates a big problem if you're cooking anything liquid-y. - Takes a long time to heat up. - In folded grill mode it does not cook evenly when on the same temp for top/bottom. The bottom heats better than the top. You can remedy this by putting the bottom on a lower heat and the top on a higher heat. - Small Cooking surface. Fits about 4 silver dollar pancakes on one side. From the photos I did expect this to be a bit bigger. - I found the cooking functions a little confusing to navigate at first. There is a slight learning curve. I think the user functions could have been set up easier. - Top press pushes things off the grille when you first put it down, because it seems to need pressure to adjust the top. It happens smoothly but only after pushing my sandwiches and potatoes off the front. - If you put oil on the top when making sandwiches, it runs down and drips onto the counter when you open it. There is nothing to catch the grease from the top when it is "open faced". Full disclosure I returned this before trying the smokeless mode, so I cannot comment on that. So if you really need JUST a panini press or a grille that is going to be used in the "folded/press" mode, and only want to cook 2 sandwiches or 2 steaks (MAYBE 4 SMALL burgers) at a time then this is a good machine.

Cuisinart – Countertop Indoor Contact Griddler with Smoke=Less Mode has been a VERY VERY pleasant surprise !!! I can make Cuban sandwiches now like the Cuban restaurants. So far this product has been excellent

Great multipurpose grill/press. Quality is good. I like that you can take of the plates and put them in the dishwasher. Temp control is pretty cool.

My Cuisinart press is a great and easy tool for my kitchen even my 7 year old can use it

We love this thing. Clamps down great but doesn't lock. Easy to clean, heats up to preferred temp at a reasonable time.
