I just got it and I love it. The picture does not do it justice, it's so pretty that it makes me want to remodel my whole kitchen! And it works flawlessly, I've never opened a can with less effort. The blade pierces the can like a hot knife through butter.
The only way that I could tell that it was a refurb is a tiny blemish on the top, there's not another mark on it.
I would recommend this to a friend

Do not buy a refurbished product!

The can-opener would not even work after receiving the item in the mail. A waste of time to order online had to go to the store to return the item. Now you would think that a refurbished item such as this would have been tested before leaving the warehouse or service center. I guess that is to much to ask for that kind of service from Best Buy!!
