I have been using this Cuisinart can opener for several months & have been very disappointed. I can't tell you how many cans have fallen out when the opener shuts off. I now have to hold the cans to keep them from falling when the opener stops. Plus the knife sharpener that is advertized with the opener does not exist!

Article replaces ssme item that stopped working after 13 years. Like the color. Matches existing decor and color scheme in my ktchen. Do fsr opening cans is easy.

My wife was thrilled to find this model from Cuisinart. We had the same one for years and worked great. Unfortunately it finally croaked, were lucky to find same model online at Best Buy. The picture is different than what you get, but the model number is correct. My wife swears by this brand/model.

Other can openers we have bought work for a while, then got very noisy then stopped working altogether. This is well made, runs quieter, and works like a charm.

Handy to use but disappointed it cuts but does not round off the cut so lid can be used.
