After purchasing this toaster oven I barely use the oven. Heats evenly a fast. I was able to cook meats to perfection. A great efficient product.

Opened warranty claim with Cuisinart and all they can tell me is it's on backorder. I was actually supposed to get one sent 3 weeks ago (they say they get shipments every 3 weeks). Didn't get one...called back and was told to wait another 3 weeks! who knows how many warranty claims in front of mine. Little frustrating when other retailers have it in stock. I bought mine at Best Buy who is showing unavailable.

Now waiting 20 days for them to ship me a new one. So now, during covid, with kids home all day, no toaster or air fryer!

Waste of money

The knob that controls the setting stopped working. The process to select the cooking method, temperature and time became cumbersome because the selection was never accurate. I do not recommend this product. $200 thrown away in just over a year
