    Though I used to have the heavy strong cuisinard food processor which I loved, I had to exchange it for a lighter based machine as I now live in a small apartment and could not keep it on top of the tiny counter. This processor is light and does a nice job for my needs.

    I have tried blenders, a Ninja, food slicers and manual slicers. None work this well and quickly. I have a recipe for Sweet Potato Hash Browns that I love preparing with this. I can shred enough for a whole weeks worth of breakfast in under 5 minutes.
