    Needed a small skillet and decided to try something from Cuisinart .. have not had anything from them and also decided to try their Elements line...all of my cookware was old and had done the job and needed to be thrown out so trying something different.. this little skillet works great for what I'm using it for... frying an egg, grilling a sandwich etc... only thing is the red on the bottom is coming off a little ...right on the seam... use a gas stove and think it's from the grates....not a problem for me... but could be if you're planning on displaying them... would definitely buy again...
