Product made in France and it sure shows it isn't that cheap quality stuff from China that has saturated the American marketplace! Solid (heavy), beautiful (classy), cookware. This set is top notch. AND....you don't have to worry about eating off of non-stick, chemically, treated cookware. This set is polished to a mirror finish and looks very professional. Don't use metal utensils because you will scratch that beautiful finish! My only gripe is food tends to stick to the bottom of these. But, a small price to pay (and not worth knocking the 5 star rating) to know you are safe from non-stick chemicals, an not made of who-knows-what toxic metal from China. These pots and pans are top-notch!! We are very happy with this set. I'm now looking to buy another set from Best Buy for a Christmas gift for family, but they are sold-out online at the moment.....an indicator of the good price ($302.00), and the popularity!!! Buy 'em, they'll last forever!
