This pan is as advertised. Great nonstick, even with little or no butter or oil. Based on use instructions, keeping heat low means it takes a bit longer to heat up. Don't heat it without anything in it. If you follow these instructions, it is reliably nonstick, holds heat well and gives consistent results. Although I've only had this pan for a few weeks, I have used both the larger size and the smaller size for several years. Pans still look like new! Because of this previous experience, I didn't hesitate to purchase this skillet when an old skillet from another manufacturer needed to be replaced.

This is an excellent heavy-duty skillet and has exceeded our expectations.

My wife uses this and a 360 Cookware SS Skillet also. She says this Cuisinart works well for its price point. Even heating, easy cleaning. My eggs are perfect every time.
