Very good cookware set, even heating and nonstick, easy cleanup. Would buy these anytime.

By far one of the best set of cookware I've ever had. They have very good weight to them and the heat is very evenly distributed in order to get a nice result when cooking. They need to be taken care of to make sure the non-stick surface isn't scratched, but it's not too difficult to take care of them. Other than that they are ideal for most types of cooking. The non-stick coating makes cleaning very easy.

I love these pans, I have owned them for about 2 months and they are stellar. Nothing sticks, handles feel chunky and sturdy. Heat distribution is even and nothing spot burns. I made crepes and for the first time in my life they were cooked evenly and throughout. The only complaint I have is that they are now discolored on the bottom. I know that when you heat metal it can do that but for the money I believe they should not.

I can't say enough about this line! We were wary of spending so much on a pot set but this is worth every penny! Just as good as a regular non-stick line but without as many chems leaching into our food. Even the packaging is recycled!

Cuisinart has created a fantastic green product! This attractive green gourmet set cooks food evenly and quickly, without the need for high heat. They clean up effortlessly too, No need to scrub or soak! Highly recommended.
