    we are using this for our camper. we have only used it a couple of times but I like the fact that they have clear lids. The only thing i do not like is that the handles get hot when on stove.

    You're gonna see the difference between other ceramic based products when you make first seasoning stuff on it. Just wipe it out and look at the color on towel.
