Had an earlier model Griller several years ago. It was okay, but didn’t get me excited. This one excites me. Love the digital, easy to see settings. Just received this one yesterday. Made breakfast on it this morning. Bacon came out golden brown and perfect, as did matzoh brei (french toast matzoh). Easy cleanup too. I looked at other brands. Most cost more. But for me, it was the size that cinched it. My kitchen is small and the Griddler is the perfect size. I can cook for me, or a crowd, without using additional counter space. Also, I was able to place it on a cutting board on my stove (which I haven’t used in 4 1/2 years), so it would be under my exhaust fan. That was just in case the bacon Smoked. Well, there was no smoke to worry about I don’t know why I waited so long to replace my old model, but glad I finally did.

I love it, its easy to use and easy to clean. I grilled fish, chicken and burgers since I bought it, and it really did its job. The best thing about it is it has drawer where all of the meat and chicken's juices goes to and then you can remove it and clean it.

I love mine, it’s so easy to use and clean. I use it all the time, grilling veggies, making pancakes. I can make both at once if I wanted. I'm thrilled I got this, it's holding up to constant use, is so easy to clean.

Perfect item to cook grill chickens and to make paninis. Easy to clean and put away.

That’s my the best purchase to my kitchen. I didn’t realized it would be so useful. This model is specially simple and modern. Everyone needs timer to make any meal, so this grill meets that need. I love it and strongly recommend!

We chose this item with perfect timing for several reasons. We wanted an indoor smokeless grill. We read many reviews on Cuisinart and we chose the Griddler 5 digital model. This unit is very versatile. We have grilled burgers, chicken, steak and vegetables and all are grilled to our liking and are flavorful and juicy. We have tried many variations of seasoning as well as marinating and everything turns out to be a great lunch or dinner. We have even made pannini sandwiches which are so good with warm cuts of meat and melted cheese! The Griddler heats up quickly and with the digital settings, is so easy to set your temperature. This unit changes from grill to griddle side with release, flip & lock into place. With the pandemic and CA fires, staying indoors and grilling was an excellent purchase for us. Of course if you are used to that charcoal/BBQ grill flavor, you will not replicate the outdoor experience as such, however we luv this unit and we do not have to hassle buying gas or charcoal. Excellent purchase for us, excellent value!

I got this as a birthday gift from myself to myself because I needed a decent, small form-factor grill for apartment living. This fits the bill and then some. The digital display and temperature control is fantastic. The grills work great as both a contact grill and a griddle. The whole thing opens up entirely to become two flat grilling/griddling surfaces (which is great for breakfast pancakes and bacon. The grill plates are removable and washable, and incredibly easy to both remove and wash. So far this is a 10/10 product.

I had multiple George Foreman brand grills prior to purchasing this one, and I doubt I go back. The versatility of this product is great, and the variable cook temperatures prevents scorching food. The way the coils are inside makes for a more even cook and heat on the removable plates. The plates being removable and dishwasher safe makes cleanup really easy. I have one small complaint about this product. The lid will sometimes release like it should when wanting to lay it open, and it will stay flapped down when opening it to check on food making the heating element really close to your hand.

This Cuisinart product is wonderful and prevents me from overheating the house with its ability to heat up quickly and reduce the burners on a standard stove as well as eliminate oven usage. The Grill and Griddle combination is so easy to alter and use the price in a multitude of ways; and the easy cleaning prevents a kitchen disaster that can follow a large meal with sides. My favorite cooking appliance is definitely This Griddler and will be used repeatedly without any doubt!

Bought this when our old pannini press started to lose its non stick coating. Love the removable plates - so easy to clean. The digital readout is great and it heats up fast. I do wish it locked down to press sandwiches, but it weighs enough that it works ok without it.

My George Foreman died so I decided to purchase this device. Best investment ever! I love having two combinations of griddle/grill to choose from. Just swap the sides of the metal grill and you can cook anything. Even the temp control is perfect and the entire grill is heated evenly depending on what temp I choose. Only con is that when the timer hits zero, the device doesn't shut off. I recommend 100%!

Burgers, toasted sandwiches, grilled cheese. lunch is much easier and faster thanks to this guy. It is very easy to use, heats up quick, cooks evenly and cleans up nicely thanks to the removable plates and drip tray.

This is one of the best kitchen appliances I've ever bought and it is used frequently in this house to cook bacon or make paninis. The top is a little unwieldy and you need to press down on and adjust it with a pot holder (so you don't burn your hand) to cook sandwiches evenly, but it's a small problem for a great product. I love the grease collection bin--makes clean up so easy. Also very easy to clean the cooking plates. Highly recommend this griddle.

A great tool to have in your kitchen. My paninis are perfect every time. I use the griddle for bacon, eggs, and pancakes. I use it cook chicken breast perfectly. This grill heats up fast and does an amazing job. It is very easy to clean, because the plates are removeable. This reminds me of the george foreman grill, but this does so much more. I did not pay over a $100 and it was cheaper than bed bath and beyond.

This griddle is so practical and easy to use! We bought it because my husband wanted to make sandwiches so we used it that same night we got it but then we ended up using it for 2 weeks straight after that! We used it to make grilled sandwiches, chicken, meat, pancakes and a bunch of other stuff. It's so easy to use and you can take the things out to clean everything easily as well. It's a must-have for any household and definitely worth the price!

Before making this purchase, I did an excessive research. Finding this Cuisinart Griddler turn out to be what I was looking for. Easy to handle, can use both sides of pallets for different cooking styles. From pancakes to chicken, all the way to some grilled veggies. Lastly, extremely easy clean.

The digital display on this is nice in that it shows you the preheat status, grill temperature, and cooking countdown timer. There are only two control buttons on this thing. One is the on-off button. The other is the circular knob, which allows you to adjust temperature, cooking time, and cooking mode (grill or griddle). When you turn the grill on, the machine steps you through the settings for cooking. You twist the circular knob left or right to change the setting, and then push the circular knob to confirm the setting. The machine takes about 5 minutes to preheat to 450 degrees farenheight. My old grill took 9 minutes, so this is a welcome speedup.

We bought this grill/griddle to replace one that stopped heating. Easy to use. Instructions are thorough and easy to understand. We have used this several times and it cooks food perfectly. We have grilled chicken, cooked bacon, french toast and pancakes. Love that I can control the temperature. Easy to clean. Highly recommend.

Really enjoying the Griddler. So far, just grilling sandwiches, panini, and utilizing the different sides of the plates. Looking into trying out some waffle plates as well. I like the clean, simple design, looks great on the counter. The plates are holding up well, easy to disconnect for cleaning.
