I have used this brand of coffeemaker for 6 years and this is the second one I have purchased. We make coffee daily so this is used over 365 times a year!! I have tried other brands but the quality of coffee is not the same as with the Cuisinart. The best feature is being able to prepare the coffee maker t night and set the timer so when I wake up I have freshly brewed coffee.

Coffee taste better when it's freshly grinded. Easy convenient and clean to use. The best coffee maker we have bought this decade .

This is a great heavy duty coffee maker for the home or office. Metal carafe keeps coffee warm for several hours and is not breakable. The ability to fresh grind or use pre-ground coffee is a real plus. This is probably the best conventional coffee maker with adjustable cups, built in automatic coffee grinder, and time drip coffee maker

I had the first one for at least 4 years..it's failure was my fault. First I purchased a new fancier Mr Coffee unit from another retailer. After getting it home and going through all the cleaning and setup the clock/time unit would not function. I had to pack it back up and return it to the store. I then went to Best Buy and purchased the same Cuisinart I had before. Plug and play..It was off and running. The only negative is the stainless finish has changed from the first. Coarse and displays fingerprints. Difficult to keep clean.

This coffee maker looks great, and more importantly grinds the beans well and brews the coffee hot...tastes excellent!

This is a really great way to make freshly burr grind style drip coffee. It can be programmed on a specific time to auto-brew. The heating element turns off as soon as its done making coffee. The coffee does stay hot due to the double walled metal carafe. Very happy with it.

I've had this coffee maker for many years and I hope they continue this model. I use a premium whole bean (that makes America run) and everyone loves the fresh taste and the aroma as it grinds and brews. Also it cost me about $0.07 per cup to make, and clean up is easy.

I love that this has a grinder inside the coffee pot. Add your beans, and water, press on and wallah....you have a delicious cup of coffee in no time at all. The only thing that sucks is the clean up. They recommend washing out the grinder every time you use it. Of course you have to wash out the filter. And then you still have to rinse out the coffee pot itself. I am happy I switched out my pod coffee maker for this one. It makes a delicious cup of coffee.

This is our second one. We liked it so much that we got a new one and then gave our old one to our son.

I love this coffee maker . It uses whole or ground beans and keeps coffee hot all day in the carafe !

I really like this coffee make with a built in grinder. Makes for more fresher tasting coffee. So easy to use and clean up isn't so bad. The metal carafe keeps the coffee hot without needing a warmer on the base of the unit.

This coffee maker grinds the beans before brewing so each pot is fresh and tasty.

Unless you like being awoken by the sound of a jet aircraft in your kitchen, weak coffee, and coffee grounds flung all over your kitchen. Stay away from this horrible device. Not sure where they went wrong with the design as I previously owned one of these a few years back and loved it. This one was a disaster. The grinder is loud enough to wake the dead. (on the plus side, you won't need to set an alarm anymore) It flings coffee grounds out of the machine from who knows where, and there are grounds in the carafe and your morning coffee. The brew strength is so weak, and has the color of light brown water with no way to increase the strength. The machine shuts off immediately when finished brewing, but you do get this lovely insulated carafe that supposedly will keep your coffee hot for hours. It doesn't. Not only that, you can't see how much coffee is left in it unless you remove the lid. Save yourself the time and trouble and search for something else. You can grind your own beans with a lot less mess and still get that fresh ground and brewed taste you seek. I replaced it with the Cuisinart Model: DCC-3200.

Grinds, brews & keeps coffee fresh and hot. The one negative is the time to clean the grinder each time, but you can brew without it if selected. When set on the morning timer, it's nice to hear the coffee being ground to wake you up.

I wanted a coffee maker that would keep my coffee hot, and this is it! And because it is not glass I don’t have to worry about breaking it. It’s durable, and goes with my kitchen decor.
