I actually not use it, and is a little bit expensive

I bought this thinking making flat bread would be easier on this rather than manually flattening it but it did not make the dough as soft as I thought.

As usual from Cuisinart Product for quick and easy to use. I have been a a fan of this brand(majority), and have been pleased with most of them. Including this excellent item.

Th8s thing brought me back to my childhood. The pizeels were perfect, crispy, crunchy goodness. Cleanup is a breeze.

I didn't get a chance to use it much but it is easy clean

So I bought this on the Deal of the Day and it was a great purchase. I thoroughly enjoy these beautiful thin crepes and pizzelles. Perfect and crunchy the following day for ice cream even. But this is definitely a splurge purchase. I mean, who needs this griddle even? As an open griddle, the heat is kind of low and doesn't make open faced pancakes so well. But it still opens 180 degrees which is the greatest redeeming quality of all for the low heat griddles.

The plates are removable and reversible, and I believe they're dishwasher friendly. The unit is easy to operate, with clearly labeled dials, and a good, solid latch. The unit comes with a couple tools to make things with, like a wooden cone to roll Sugar cones around, and a Batter scoop, as well as the Recipe book... And here's the ridiculously long list of things the unit comes with recipes for: Silver Dollar Pancakes, Sugar Cones, Chocolate Waffle Cones, Blini, Classic Pizzelle, Sweet Chocolate Pizzelle, Basic Crepes (With a few variations on that specific recipe available), Buckwheat Crepes, Crespelle, Blintzes, Socca, Potato Pancakes (Latkes), Wine Crackers, Four Tortillas (You can probably make Corn tortillas on this thing, but it doesn't include it;s own recipe), Arepas, Carne Mechada, Pita Bread, Mandarin Pancakes with Mu Shu Pork, Spring Rolls, Okonomiyaki (Which is a type of Japanese Pancake), Naan, Chapati, Fresh Green Chutney, Dosa, Sambhar (Which is a South Indian Lentil Stew), Roti, Curries Chickpeas with Potatoes and Spinach, Injera, Doro Wat (Which is an Ethiopian Chicken Stew), and Niter Kibbeh. The value of this one machine is amazing, even if you only make 1/4 of the list, that's still 7 or 8 different things you can make with it. And you'll probably find more things you can use it for while cooking on it, because it's just that awesome.
