My 20 year old T Fal was better, I may drag it back out and use it instead. Problem is uneven heating, bagel function- not really, burns the back side, looks great but, functionality is the pits. Just not what I expected from this brand.

Very nice toaster. I love the long bread slots and cancel button.

Love the convenience of being able to toast 4 slices or two larges slices

Working great, but still not sure which way to put bagels in as elements on both sides of the slots heat up?

Best toaster for oversized Killer Dave slized bread.

Uneven heating—anything that touched the center of the toaster burnt. Either the crust or the center of the bread burnt. Had to return it. Very disappointed, as this is usually a very good brand. Would not recommend.

Love that i can toast four slices at once. The only downside i have is the toast selector is black on black and i can't see the dial. I am going to paint a white dot on the arrow so i can see the selection.

Great toaster replacing my 25 year old toaster. Thus far am pleased.

Looks nice, toasts the same as my old less expensive toaster. Thought Cuisinart would toast a little better. I guess all toasters are the same, they make toast!!

The wife thought it was the size of a bus. I like it. We did need to move tje toastervto a new location. But its nice to dobteo english muffins at the same time.

Its OK, just a big toaster. Looks great though. Does not have a bottom crumb tray though. Would be 4-5 stars with that.

It’s really long. Works great. It puts out a lot of heat be careful in under counter use

useless after 6 weeks. the lever to drop the toast broke. This is the second time I bought this model, and the other toaster had to be returned as well.

Had a smaller cuisinart toast, but was limited on the size of bread that would fit in it. This solved that problem

We replaced our 20 yr old Cuisinart with this new one. 2 weeks after using, the toaster mechanism wouldn't stay down. Researched on-line about possible causes and all say take apart first. Well, with these new models that's any easy thing to do with non-typical screws and latching mechanisms. So back in the box and back to Best Buy this one goes. Fortunately we still had our old one, so back on the counter she goes.

Was happy with it for about 30 days but then the middle heat elements stopped working. So now only one side of the bread gets toasted. And of course it is past its return period. Don't buy!
