Not what I hoped for

The blades are nice and convenient, but it is very difficult to hold items you are trying to cut. The forks on the holder is to far apart and unless you are using very large fruits or vegetables it us useless.

It's a mandoline!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.While I don't always need perfectly thin sliced potatoes or julienned carrots, when I do, this mandoline is perfect. And they included a cutting glove to help you avoid bloody knuckles. Genius!
