Cleans easily and has been a quality purchase. I had to try the defrost feature and it worked as well as the microwave.

Toasting time isn’t bad, results are great for options. Did have to play a little with settings to get the right amount of darkness.

Good, but doesn't toast evenly.

It doesn't toast evenly, one edge will be less toasted than others. So you can't toast that edge without burning the rest. '

Stainless steel, easy to clean. Doesn't burn my toast. Large capacity for bagel. Works great for my family.
