The entry opening is large enough for thick bagels, and the setting allows us to toast only one insides.

Burning plastic smell - BestBuy rejected return

When it was finally unpacked and used it emitted a strong smell of burning plastic. (Yes all packaging was removed. Thanks geeksquad... ). Now it’s not returnable because we are not “members” of Best Buy. Didn’t realize that Best Buy gives different return windows for their members... Not planning to plug this in in our house again.
