So far it it working great. I like a shiny finish

It stopped staying at the LOW position. I am hoping this one will last longer. I would have liked a shiny finish instead of the satin finish.

I purchased the item on 2/26/21, not 4/15/21.

I didn't open the box until Feb 13th. The first time I used it it didn't toast my bread. I had to toast it twice to get it slightly toasted. I tried it the next day setting the dial to the highest level. It didn't toast at all. The dial was very loose, like it wasn't making contact with anything. I returned it to Best Buy on April 15th. Because I had it over 15 days they would only give me store credit. I also lost my $5.00 birthday credit that I had used to buy it in February.

Good toaster

Need to lower setting when toasting bagels. Spring pops bread and bagels up to where you can grab them which is one of the problemsI had with the Bella I returned.

Or I have regret for buying things that I don't really have a use for. I like a simple toaster. This one toasts bread.

Excellent, Easy-to-Use product.

The best part of the product is that when the toast pops up, you can push the lever higher, which lifts the toast up so that you can grab it without burning your fingers.
