Not great but not horrible. It works but it doesn't hold the toast out of the slot once done. You have to lift the handle to raise the toast

The toaster dials are not accurate. No matter what number you put on the dial, your food is toasted the same way every time.

This toaster is not what I expected. The buttons feel cheap as do the dials. The chrome finish is hard to maintain. The price of the toaster does not equal the toaster's quality.

It toasts bread fine, but the controls and overall feel is very cheap. Won't be surprised when it breaks. Thought the quality would be better for the price.

Cuisinart - 4-Slice Toaster. Out of the box, one of the control knob is very loose. Bagel feature is useless. Expect better quality from Cuisinart.

This is the only 4 slice toaster Best Buy offers. It is appealing to look at. So I tried it. The left dial was loose and you couldn't set it accurately. Then none of the 4 slots toasted evenly. Took it back and I'm now on the hunt again for a good 4 slice toaster. Complete waste of time! Sad to say I'M not happy with this outcome! =(

It does the job, but it's cheap and flimsy. The space in not wide enough to Hold bagels. Don't buy.

I bought a Cuisinart toaster because I've had great luck with their coffee makers. But alas, my luck ran out. This toaster hasn't made toast the same way twice yet. Either side. Slightest adjustment on the dial makes big changes. Looks great though.

The setting knobs are very loose. The toast on one side comes out almost burned and the other side burns the bottom part of the bread and the top half comes out white and barely toasted.

The bagel option still toasts the same on both sides. If you toast your bagels or muffins do not buy this product. The bread toast does come out nice.

Did a bunch of research and maybe mine is a dud but the knobs have to be turned up all the way to even get light browning on toast. I’m returning it.

I hate it and not worth the money. Makes so much noise it wakes up my household. I have to limit myself if I want toast and eat it straight from the head bag

Use this item 4 times and it started a fire 3 times smoke out the house and it's cold so it sucked having to open all the doors and windows

This toaster does not brown evenly. It will be very light on one side and almost burnt on the other.

Nice looking toaster, but that's all. Plugged it in and nothing. Tried several outlets. Toaster did not work; returned.

Buyer beware, My husband got a bad burn on his finger trying to take out an English muffin.

As far as toasters go, this is pretty good. Maybe a bit pricey for a toaster. We moved up to a 4-slice, and it's nice as my wife likes her toast really dark and I'm always forgetting to change the setting first thing in the morning when making the kids' breakfast. So now we each have our own side :-) And the 4-slice isn't that much bigger than a 2-slice, The "defrost" setting is perfect for frozen breakfast items like Toaster Strudels. Toast comes out nice and even too. Does OK on bagels, though I'm not sure what the bagel setting does, as it still seems to toast both sides. The finish does pick up fingerprints and smudges, if that's important to you.

I really like to have warm toast in the mornings with my coffee and with this Cuisinart toaster, I am able to brown my toast perfectly. I love that it has large slots so that accommodate Texas Toast and there is plenty of room for bagels. The stainless steel design is sleek and modern and looks great in my kitchen with my other appliances.

Looks very nice and works great! Was happy of the quality and so easy to use, and doesn't burn the toast. Great price for this type of toaster to make more than 2 pieces at a time.

I am so pleased with all of the Cuisinart kitchen products I have purchased over the years, and this toaster is no exception. It heats bread slices, bagels and frozen waffles so evenly and there is the one slice option as well. It is solid and I like the vintage look. It is definitely worth spending more to have something that will stand up to frequent use. Most things these days don't seem built to last, but this toaster is a keeper!
