It works very well. The blade is super sharp btw. Easy to operate. Good for a small household. I bought it mainly to chop meat up and I find that It works, only thing is it can be finely minced, had to stop it early. Besides that it does its job!

This has to be the best purchase I made for cooking. It has made making breakfast/ dinner/ lunch a snap...I can prep herbs/ veggies a whole lot faster, which gives me more time for other things. Clean up is a breeze and it takes up very little real estate on the counter... not to mention the PRICE... # AWESOMESAUCE

This is a really great product. I don't cook much but occasionally a recipe requires purée or fine chopping. This does exactly what I need and is easy to store and really easy to clean. I've also discovered sauces and salad dressings I would never have attempted before. I'm very happy with it.

This works excellent and is so easy to clean. I mainly use it for certain meats and hard cheeses but have also used it with vegetables and some added sauce mix. It delivers consistent flawless results and is easy to control how fine you want.

Good little gadget to use for small amounts of food. Loud, but that is the only downside. WIll upgrade to a bigger version in the future for sure. Fairly easy to clean, only 3-cup size, so keep that in mind.

I use this mini prep daily for chopping or grinding small quantities for my salads and soups. I have arthritis in both hands, and this little mini-prep is easy to use, quick to chop, and simple to disassemble and clean. So glad I purchased this!

I purchased the Cuisinart 3c mini prep food processor to replace(another brand) a broken product. I love it!! Chops quickly and it is easy to remove the food from the bowl. The blades are easy to remove for fast cleanup too.

This processor is perfect for us (2-3) people. We have a larger one and hardly used it because it is to big. Now we can process and clean up faster than the larger size is cleaned. Fits nicely on the counter and preps are fast and easy.

I replaced my old food processor and found the Cuisinart is much easier to use than our old one. It is just the right size for my wife and I. Overall we have been plesed.

Nice little system that chops up vegetables very nicely. Have to be careful you don't let it go too far and turn your veggies into mush. Easy to clean and to store.

This replaced an older, smaller food processor. My only complaint is that vegetables get pushed to the outside of the blades and does not seem to get folded back in to the cutting area without stopping and removing the top. I did not have to do this with my older style unit. On the plus side it does chop very well once completed and is perfect for most recipes we use.

This mini food processor is perfect for making small batches of salsa and dicing small servings of vegetables an fruits. It is easy to clean and its size make it easy to store.

The Cuisinart replaced a small Black and Decker chopper I had for years. The new one has a bigger capacity, which is very convenient. I no longer need to use my large food processor for small jobs. It does the jobs quite efficiently and cleans up easily. Also, It is easier to handle than other mini processors I considered. It has been a good purchase.

This is one of the best processor's I have bought. Its great for processing baby food. It has a sharp blade that breakdown food fast. I use it very often.

This is small and simple, easy to use, and it does the job without taking up much space. Great for small spaces and simple jobs.

Great little chopper that doesn’t take up a lot of space. Chops, but doesn’t over chop onions, etc. Only does a small amount which is perfect for us empty nesters, but back in the day of big family meals, it would have been too small.

Use this to create a batch of pesto. Worked great. Though I would consider the next larger model.
