Makes great tasting coffee but the filter holder is not easily accessible. Also it doesn’t free stand on the counter to allow convenient filling with coffee outside of the maker. My old Krupp was better designed that allowed the filter holder to swing out from the body of the maker.

I love this thing. I under-use it by a lot -- only two cups per day -- but it's the best coffee maker I've ever had. Easy to clean, easy to operate, great tasting brew. 10/10 would buy again!

To be honest I never received the 14 cup brewer as Best Buy’s could not get it anymore even though it is listed on the website but my mother has one and using it I have to say loved it

This coffee maker is great, it's easy to program and allows you to set auto turnoff from 1 to 4 hours. It automatically shuts off regardless of your choice so a safety feature. Also, you can turn the beep noise on or off for when it makes a pot (convenient for early mornings, to have a pot ready before you wake up). I am very pleased!
