    I purchased this set for fill-in pieces for my Calphalon set. Though not quite Calphalon quality, this Cuisinart set was an excellent buy at the sale price. It heats up quickly and evenly, allows for cooking at lower temps, and cleans up easily.

    These pots and pans are fantastic. They heat evenly, even on an electric stove top. And they are so easy to clean. I donated all my old pans. I love love love my Cuisinart. These are the last ones I will ever buy.
