WOW, is all I can say about this waffle maker. I LOVE IT. 1. It cleans up really well 2. Cooks waffles in 2 minutes or less 3. I like the sturdiness design to it, I can store it in my cabinet and place other objects on top of it. I don't care how big a kitchen is, it is never big enough. 4. The actual cooking: I sprayed a little cooking oil on both sides, poured in batter. I had the original setting at 3, took less than 2 minutes to cook 4 waffles. The waffles were a perfect color on both sides, but soft. I like my waffles a little crispy, so the next time I cooked waffles, I had it set to 4. They were perfect to my taste. 5. After the waffle maker cooled down, I just used a paper towel to wipe it down. The stainless steel outside is a breeze to just wipe off with a lightly damp towel. It's that easy. 6. The other feature I like is that it has a lip going around the edge in case of over filling the batter. This prevents spillage to the outside which I found handy the first couple of times I made waffles. I had to get used to the proper amount of batter.

I love this waffle maker. It's fabulous. The waffles comes out perfect every time. The manual has tons of recipes. You can also use other recipes. I like to make healthier waffles than what is in the manual and they come out great. The machine notifies you with a beep with they are done. The waffle iron has a pleasant look as well (stainless steel). I bought a refurbished machine so it was very reasonably priced

I am very satisfied with my refurbished waffle iron from cusinart. The couple blemishes on the top of the iron were minimal. It was less than half of the cost of a brand new waffle iron. It hadnt been used just a couple of marks on the top.
